Your Questions, Answered

  • We provide the heat (wood-fired sauna), the cold (sanitized plunge), a roaring firepit, and the views. You provide the vibe. It’s an authentic, outdoor contrast therapy experience, so come ready to disconnect and recharge.

  • Since we focus on the essentials (heat, cold, and the space), you need to come prepared. Please bring:

    • Swimwear

    • Two Towels: One to sit on in the sauna (mandatory for hygiene) and one to dry off with.

    • Sandals/Slides

    • Water: Hydration is key.

    • Warm Layers: We recommend a robe or hoodie for relaxing by the fire after your session.

  • We keep it simple to ensure a seamless experience for everyone:

    1. Sit on a Towel: Have a towel between you and the wood bench while in the sauna.

    2. Rinse Before You Plunge: Rinse off sweat before entering the cold plunge.

  • Absolutely. You are welcome to bring snacks or drinks to enjoy by the firepit. We just ask that no food or beverages go inside the sauna itself and that you pack out what you pack in (leave no trace).

  • Restroom facilities are available on site that can be used for changing, but we highly recommend arriving ready to sweat. Think of it like a beach trip. Come ready to go so you can maximize your time in the sauna.

  • We take sanitization seriously. Our cold plunge is treated with a hydrogen peroxide-based solution that keeps the water sanitary while protecting the natural cedar wood. We also drain and refresh the water frequently to ensure the highest quality dip.
